Before: Received carrots and grapes in waxed cardboard boxes, unpacked the boxes, and hand stacked the retail display.

After: Replaced the waxed cardboard boxes with reusable plastic containers that were placed directly on display without having to unpack containers. The project reduced labor and disposal costs, prevented waste, and didn't affect sales.
